Sandy is the founder and the Principal Broker/Owner of Royce Real Estate. And she has over 20 years of experience working in Ashland real estate. During much of that time Sandy has either been the top performing broker,or one of the top performing brokers, in Ashland. Her consistently high performance is due partly to her experience. Before she began working in real estate, Sandy worked in sales and marketing for a number of large corporations, selling information systems, with territories that spanned across the West coast. 

Born in England, Sandy moved to the United States when she was a young girl. Since then, she’s lived in many parts of both Oregon and California. In 1986, Sandy and her husband Dean moved to Ashland, where they’ve worked and raised their family ever since.
