Royce real estate is a mid-sized, independent Ashland real estate company located in downtown Ashland, Oregon.

And because we’re an independent company, we don’t have to work within the constraints of a large real estate corporation or franchise. So we can make decisions that benefit our clients (rather than a parent company), and we can act on those decisions quickly. 

Royce real estate was founded in 2005 by Sandy Royce, who’s been working as a real estate broker in Ashland for over 20 years. And during that time, Sandy has either been the top, or one of the top performing brokers in Ashland real estate.

Over the last several years, Royce real estate has enlisted a number of very talented brokers with significant real estate experience — an average of 15 years per broker.

The office is located right in the heart of downtown Ashland, on Main Street, just across from Starbucks and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Theatres.

Sandy Royce: Principal Real Estate Broker

Sandy is the founder and the Principal Broker/Owner of Royce real estate. And she has over 20 years of experience working in Ashland real estate. During much of that time Sandy has either been the top performing broker,or one of the top performing brokers, in Ashland. Her consistently high performance is due partly to her experience. But it’s also partly just the result of hard work.

Very few people know more about the area or the local real estate market. And you won’t find a broker who works harder, or who’s more focused on meeting her client’s needs.

Before she began working in real estate, Sandy worked in sales and marketing for a number of large corporations, selling information systems, with territories that spanned across the West coast. 

Born in England, Sandy moved to the United States when she was a young girl. Since then, she’s lived in many parts of both Oregon and California. In 1986, Sandy and her husband Dean moved to Ashland, where they’ve worked and raised their family ever since.

Alan Kaufman: Real Estate Agent / Broker

Eric Bonetti: Real Estate Agent / Broker

Eric Bonetti is a third generation Realtor and now has lived in Ashland for over 11 years.

Eric Bonetti provides a solid track record. He knows the local market conditions and has the resources available to assist you with every aspect of the real estate process from state-of-the art computerized listing resources to selecting inspectors, lenders and escrow companies. His commitment to customer service helps buyers and/or sellers move through the complex and often time consuming process in an efficient timely and hassle-free manner.

Eric’s professional experience includes serving as Creative Director, Marketing and Sales for BASF/EMTEC Magnetics, owner of an tradeshow exhibit design and manufacturing company, as well as strategic marketing and managerial positions for high-tech Bay Area companies Digidesign, and Apple Computer. The past year Eric has also coordinated approved planning action within the City of Ashland, developed floor plans, and produced marketing materials for a six unit “Authentic Craftsman” subdivision now under construction. Eric is a designated Broker at Royce real estate Services, and specializes in serving clients in the markets of Ashland, East Medford and Jacksonville. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Oregon Association of Realtors and the Southern Oregon MLS.

Patie Millen: Real Estate Agent / Broker

Patie moved to the beautiful Rogue Valley 20 years ago in 1989. Previously, she lived in San Francisco and then Sonoma County. Pattie was drawn to Ashland for the beauty, culture, high educational levels and small-town, safe environment.

She left a career as a financial controller and corporate V.P with a Bay Area firm and entered real estate in Ashland in 1994. By her third year in real estate she was a market leader.

Patie loves her profession as it allows her to closely interact with her clients and assist them in realizing their goals and dreams. Rachel Whitley: Real Estate Agent / Broker

Rachel Whitley is originally from the Monterey-Carmel California area, she moved to Ashland for a more peaceful, quality lifestyle, a move she has never regretted. She attended Monterey Peninsula Jr. College and transferred toSouthern Oregon State in 1979, majoring in Business and Spanish.
 
Since then Rachel has owned her own company in Real Estate, sold that company and is proud to be affiliated with Royce Real
Estate Services. She has also obtained her Graduate of Realtor Institute, (GRI) Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and her Certified Residential Specialist(CRS) designations.

Dan Maymar: Real Estate Agent / Broker

Dan's  experience?  25 years in the acquisition and management of forest land in Oregon and California; 5 years in sales for the construction industry and many years as a real estate broker using the best negotiating and sales experience a person could possibly have, professionally representing his client’s best interests as they reach their goals. 

Dan was born and raised in Tiburon, in Marin County, California. He graduated with a BS in Forest Management from Humboldt State and have been a Registered Professional Forester since 1982. Dan moved to Ashland in 1985 while employed with Roseburg Forest Products to pursue timber and forest land acquisition as their agent throughout Southern Oregon and Northern California.  

They settled and raised our family in this unique City of Ashland embracing all the diversity, art great food and culture that we are blessed with. When the forest industry economy declined due to the Spotted Owl controversy, Dan had the privilege, as co-owner to start a modular construction company, specializing in manufacturing traditional modular staircases that he marketed to all of the major construction firms in California and overseas modular home manufacturers with great success.  

Real Estate has always been a family tradition; his father was the Broker/Owner of Fleetwood Properties in Mill Valley, California.
